Dining & Shopping
Enjoy the best food & shopping St. Thomas has to offer
DINING:
Acacia, our onsite restaurant, can almost be considered four restaurants in one. Enjoy the poolside al-fresco patio or drinks in the pavilion-style bar. An
air-conditioned dining room continues the garden theme inside. You can also
relax in the sophisticated Cereus Wine Bar with sushi, appetizers and a glass of
vino. Cereus and Old Stone Farmhouse use a
10-bottle wine dispensing system that allows them to continuously offer higher
quality wines by the glass.
The menu for Acacia is a combination of familiar
American fare with an Asian/island twist. It's known for sushi but you can also order a broad range of
items such from pizza to jerk chicken. For starters try the green curry chicken lettuce wraps or island-style conch
fritters. The salad menu includes a wonderful grilled Saku Tuna Nicoise. You can also
opt for a classic garlic Caesar Salad with grilled chicken, shrimp or tuna or a
tempting Arugula Salad with spinach, candied pecans, fennel, dried cherries,
goat cheese and a sherry wine vinaigrette.

Sandwiches are great for
daytime or dinner, including a satisfying burger with an onion ring, bacon and
your choice of cheese, a Dorito crusted chicken sandwich with bacon and
Mozzarella and more. If you’re looking for a full meal, choose from items
such as fresh fish of the day, pesto shrimp linguine - a house
favorite, or a grilled rib eye steak. On Friday nights Acacia features a filet
and lobster tail surf ‘n’ turf special.
Conveniently, Acacia also serves breakfast. You can start your day with anything from blueberry pancakes
to Eggs Benedict to breakfast sandwiches.
Looking for something more upscale? Try the Old Stone Farmhouse Restaurant at the Mahogany Run Golf Club. The restaurant features “Chef Inspired” fine dining in an intimate and elegant
atmosphere.

St. Thomas has a number of great dining choices to suit every taste and budget. The selection of cuisine varies widely and includes everything from island favorites to Chinese and Italian. It will be hard to pick a favorite!
